ST-450 RC in carbon look is a high-quality, fully automatic welding helmet that is particularly suitable for beginners in the field of welding and plasma cutting. It has all the features and adjustment options required for this type of work. The darkening levels can be set in the range between DIN 9 and DIN 13, so that maximum safety is guaranteed for almost all welding processes thanks to a short reaction time. The filter cassette automatically darkens to the set DIN level within 1/10,000 of a second. The sensitivity is infinitely adjustable and regulates the brightness at which the filter cassette dims. The fade-in and release of the field of vision can be regulated via the continuously adjustable delay function. The field of view of the filter cassette measures 92.5 x 42.5 mm and provides a comprehensive view of the work area and workpiece.

Darkening levels - The fully automatic welding helmet can be adjusted from DIN9 to DIN13. This provides the highest level of safety for almost all welding processes.
Response time - Within 1/10,000 seconds, the filter cassette automatically darkens to the set DIN level. Two high-performance sensors give the signal as soon as the arc is created.
Sensitivity - Infinitely adjustable. This controls the brightness at which the filter cassette dims to the set darkening level.
Delay - Steplessly adjustable. This specifies the time after which the filter cassette fades back to the normal brightness level (DIN4) after the arc has been extinguished. This prevents the brightness of an afterglowing piece of metal from irritating the eyes.
